Hi there! I'm a passionate HR professional with a strong foundation in people strategy, talent development, and employee experience. I recently completed my MBA in Human Resource Management from MDI Gurgaon, where I deepened my understanding of modern HR practices and strategic people management. Before my MBA, I worked for 3.5 years in the hospitality industry, where I gained hands-on experience in operations, workforce planning, training, and guest relations. This role taught me the importance of empathy, service excellence, and real-time problem-solving — all of which are vital to HR today. I also had the incredible opportunity to intern with The Walt Disney Company (India) in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role during my MBA.
