Role Specific: ▪ Overseeing multiple projects and their resources to achieve strategic business goals ▪ Setting standards, guidelines, rules for teams and ensuring it is followed across products/plarforms ▪ Defining the objectives and translating them to team objectives and tactical plans ▪ Monitoring the execution of projects, ensuring on time and on budget delivery ▪ Managing client expectations ▪ Ensuring projects comply with The HFI FrameworkTM ▪ Ensuring project teams understand the objectives and their roles on the project ▪ Reviewing the performance of teams and providing appropriate mentoring ▪ Defining career paths and ensuring growth of reportees ▪ Teaching HFI course(s) – User-Centered Analysis Responsibilities & Experience: - Experience in interviewing, training etc. to build a robust team - Experience in project delivery and management - Experience in working on design projects in different domains like telecom, insurance, FMCG, e-commerce, BFSI, construction, data management systems etc. - Excellent in internal and external stakeholder management and enabling projects to improve and expand on user experience - Experience in conducting UX research, creating robust UI/UX Designs, Usability testing/Accessibility testing - Have onsite working experience with clients in Hong Kong and United Kingdom - Worked for a wide range of clients in different domains like AT&T, British Telecom, CenturyLink, Pepsico, Nike-Converse, NLG, CLP, Unilever, Vodafone, Caterpillar, Wolters Kluwer etc.
