Microsoft 365 – Modern Workspace ▪ 9+ years of Experience Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (Azure AD | SharePoint Online | OneDrive | MS Teams | Exchange Online | Security/Compliance | Yammer | Delve | Endpoint Manager - Intune) ▪ Design (HLD, LLD), plan, and assist with various implementation and adoption projects in Microsoft 365 Services ▪ Articulate the value proposition of new services from Modern Workplace solutions. ▪ Gather business, communication, and functional objectives by leading client working sessions, reviewing the competitive landscape, and creative brainstorming sessions with the project team. ▪ Serve as SME and Operations Team Lead for service platforms like Azure Infra, M365 Licensing, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, MS Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, Mobility – Intune, etc. ▪ Work with various internal and external client teams to seamlessly transition from the legacy environment to new cloud infrastructure and BAU delivery services. ▪ Experience in Project Management, Due Diligence, Knowledge transfer, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Solution Architecture, System Administration, Web Administration, Project Planning and Execution ▪ Good understanding of various identity providers such as SiteMinder/ADFS/OKTA/SSO etc., and configuring using custom claim rules for On-premises and Office 365 Applications ▪ Coordinate with IT counterparts to ensure security, availability, and integrity for Office 365 and SharePoint Environments ▪ Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote best practices and user adoption. ▪ Maintain and manage governance, compliance, DLP, and business continuity plans. SharePoint Server: • 15 years of expertise in internet technologies and intranet content management portals, with a track record of success in planning, designing, developing, installing, configuring, deploying, upgrading, and patching service packs - cumulative updates, operating, maintaining, and performing advanced troubleshooting on a variety of SharePoint versions, from WSS to SharePoint 2019/Online • Experience in Design (HLD/LLD), RFPs, Build, and Migration of Contents from legacy SharePoint farms to the latest versions with Small to Very Large and Complex databases
