I am a native of Bangalore; Currently based out in Toronto Canada, with a passion for Project Management and Problem solving 📚 In my last Role, I was working as a Project Manager in Industrial automation for PIA Automation Canada Inc. I was working with exciting topics on EV and Battery manufacturing from Toronto for Automotive OEM's for their Industrial Automation projects. Successful in Handling High value projects with Technical complexities 📚 I worked for Bosch Global Software Limited for 15+ years. In my progressive career from a Mechanical Design Engineer to a Project Manager, I have worked in Automotive, Industrial and Manufacturing Automation, Hydraulics and Machine Building, and Digital Manufacturing domains. In my last role, I was a Technical Manager for multiple projects (Hybrid Role similar to Program Manager), managing a team of 30+ engineers working on complex, high-value technical projects with multi-disciplinary functions with multiple stakeholders across India, APAC, China, UK, US and EU Regions. 🔧 PMP® Certified Project Manager, I have hands-on experience in Product Development lifecycle and Project Lifecycle - Waterfall and Agile methodologies and have delivered strong results in technical leadership position with budget responsibility, innovation, and scaling businesses. Most of my satisfying project experiences were from Managing complex multi functional groups involving Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Software elements often collaborating with suppliers and third-party vendors. I enjoy working on multiple projects running in various development stages. I enjoy managing priorities, conflicts, risks, meeting schedules and solving day to day operational topics giving me the motivation to start my day with high energy! I have work experience working in matrix environment and cross functional roles outside my work. I also have a Six Sigma green belt certification. 💻 As for my future, I hope one day I can work as a Program Manager with a diverse team. For this I am upskilling myself 🏔 In my free time you can find me cooking for family or playing outdoor with my kids.
