Experience in developing Agile Transformation Vision, Strategy and Roadmap and drive stronger and deeper agile culture mindset in different roles and functions of organization. Experience in Program Level, Project Level and Team Level coaching and Mentoring on Agile Mindset values and practices and Agile Frameworks, Tools & Agile Engineering Practices. Experience in helping product owners in providing training on product research and exploration, customer centric practices – Customer Empathy Maps, Design Thinking, Value Streams, and helping product owners on multiple product backlog prioritization and user story splitting techniques. Experience in working with multiple scrum teams and Kanban teams in facilitating the scrum ceremonies and driving the teams towards continuous improvement with inspect and adapt approach with action driven improvements identified through multiple retrospective models. Experience in working with scaled agile teams in PI Planning, SOS Calls, ART Sync, in leading teams in working towards the ART vision, Release timelines.
