I have experience both as a researcher and an engineer.

My areas of expertise include Google Cloud Platform, developing multi-agent solutions, and building Contact Center AI (CCAI) services, Devops.

I can also provide guidance on Google certification exams, as I am an ACE-certified professional.

Previously, I was a research intern at the System Realisation Lab, University of Oklahoma, and I interned as an AI engineer at a startup during college. I can guide students in preparing for industry roles.
