A Full time Technical Recruiter, I leveraged my MBA degree and I'm expertise in technical recruitment to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various roles across startup (Sketch Brahma) consultancy (Cadmaxx) and MNC (HCL) Sectors. I worked with multiple clients, such as HCL Technologies, Publicis Sapient, and DRDO etc.. and supported their hiring needs and goals.
