A highly business-driven and commercially aware Senior Business Analyst with nine years of experience in the IT industry. I worked with customers and stakeholders to identify and resolve organizational problems. I want to transition to becoming a Product Manager because I enjoy working with customers to understand their pain points and figure out how to solve them. As a Senior Business Analyst, one of the things that I enjoyed the most was working closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their business problems and offer solutions with a customer-centric focus and excellent business value. I would take the knowledge I learned from customers and work on translating them into requirements for our engineering integration and design teams. In my experience, data-driven decisions are the most effective way to create or evolve an existing product because data represents facts and metrics for a feature developed and how the market responds to the feature implemented. I’m enthusiastic about continuing to do this as a Product Manager and being the voice for the customer team.
