With a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Leeds and a Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) from the British Psychological Society, I am a passionate and skilled Organisational Development Associate at The Work 360 Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to improve the well-being and performance of workers and organizations globally. In my current role, I support the design and implementation of various research projects on topics such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and organizational culture. I apply my analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, such as surveys, interviews, and case studies. Through my work, I seek to advance the knowledge and practice of organizational psychology and to create positive and meaningful impact for workers and organizations.
