I have been coaching for the last year, and during that time, I grew to love the opportunity to be part of another person’s journey. I help early-career professionals in medtech land their next role. I hold a professional coaching certificate and MBA (with Healthcare Concentration) from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. In addition to coaching, I also work as a project manager in the medical device industry, and my own career transitions means that I understand how scary and exciting those shifts can be.
