Navigating the challenge of finding accommodation can be an incredibly stressful situation, especially for students who have just paid their college fees or are preparing to start their courses in a few months. Additionally, for those who are due to fly in a few weeks, the anxiety surrounding the accommodation crisis, the unavailability of houses, and the prevalence of scams can be overwhelming.

Over the past 5 years, I have personally rented three different places and have also extended my assistance to other students in their search for accommodation. Unfortunately, I've heard countless stories of students being taken advantage of—some have been ripped off by exorbitant rent amounts, while others have fallen victim to individuals posing as fake landlords, resulting in financial loss and emotional distress.

To be transparent, I don't have a list of landlords' numbers or available apartments for you to view. What I do offer, however, is the wealth of knowledge I have acquired over the years. When I paid my first rent and deposit, I financed it through a loan, and I understand the value of hard-earned money. I wouldn't want anyone to go through the stress or financial strain that often accompanies the accommodation search.

I know you already have a lot on your plate, which is why I'm here to lend a helping hand.

As a friend, I'm more than willing to speak with as many of you as needed, at no cost, just to share these insights and tips to help you avoid scams and find accommodation hassle-free.
