About me

I build product and operational infrastructure that removes friction from complex, high-stakes processes: last-mile logistics, then visas and now global employment. That work put me on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list in 2022. At Multiplier, I lead product for borderless employment, enabling companies to hire, pay and manage talent compliantly across 100+ countries. Before this, I was VP of Operations Product at Atlys (Series C travel tech), where I owned the end-to-end post-checkout experience. With a team of 4 PMs, I built the operational layer that scaled visa fulfilment 6x in two years to 1,200+ per day: an AI document engine that cut validation time by 80%, an automation platform that took country onboarding from months to days at 95% on-time fulfilment, and optimised journeys for the world's most complex visa regimes, from Schengen to the UK to Canada. Before Atlys, I founded RARA NOW, an instant logistics company in Indonesia backed by Sequoia Capital and East Ventures ($4.25M raised). We grew 20%+ MoM to CM3 profitability with a 100+ person team, delivering SLAs as short as one hour at 95%+ on-time rates. I started out at Unilever running eCommerce supply chain across Southeast Asia, after graduating from NTU Singapore in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I write about global employment infrastructure, building product for ops-heavy businesses and lessons from founder to operator.
