With over 12 years of experience in investing, M&A advisory, corporate development, and strategy, I am passionate about driving growth and innovation in new-age businesses. As the Director of Investments and M&A at TMRW, an Aditya Birla Group venture, I am building a 'house of fashion brands' by identifying, acquiring, and integrating digital-first fashion and lifestyle companies. In my current role, I have developed and implemented investment strategies that have led to the acquisition of multiple D2C fashion players. I have also established strong relationships with founders, investors, and industry partners, and managed the post-merger integration and value creation processes. Previously, I spearheaded corporate strategy and development at Cactus Communications, where I helped drive organizational growth and led an incubation engine for new-age technologies. I also have extensive experience in leading due diligence and transaction structuring for multiple PE as well as corporate deals as a Manager at EY and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. I hold a CA degree with an all-India rank of 11 and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, with a focus on strategy and finance.
