- More than 10 years of experience in back-end development in Java Tech stack - Experience in designing distributed, scalable, and resilient microservices handling millions of daily transactions  - Expert level with Spring Eco system - Extensive experience in API design, development, testing and integration - Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Hibernate ORM, Liquibase & JOOQ scripts, and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres) - Widespread experience in leading a team of engineers and working closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX Designers, QAs, Production Support and external providers  - Proven ability and willingness to mentor & groom less experienced engineers - Expertise in discussing/collecting functional requirements, translating them into technical design documents & finely granulated technical tasks - Strong experience in evaluating new technologies and advising senior leadership team on technological direction & the opportunities they present to the product road map - Years of experience in Agile and working with Scrum
