How it runs:

• ~35 min — live case. I give you a real operational/strategic prompt and you work it in real time. I probe, push back, and interrupt the way an actual interviewer would.
• ~20 min — structured feedback: where your structure held, where you lost the thread, how your communication and quant judgment landed, and exactly what to fix.
• ~5 min — your questions.
