In my current role, I manage revenue for our bouquet of online programs designed specifically for C-suite and other Senior Executives. I hold a Masters in Management (MIM) from ESCP Europe and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management at Lucknow, class of 2017. I also hold a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, in Production & Industrial engineering, having graduated in 2013. Before Emeritus, I worked for close to 4-years as a management consultant for Accenture Strategy and Consulting. I worked closely with C-suite stakeholders there, supporting new product development, post-merger integration, and business analysis. I worked across the Services, Automotive, and Energy sectors. I have also worked for 2-years with Nestlé Global Research at their Gurgaon facility. At Nestlé, I led key energy-saving initiatives. I worked with a team consisting of the head of the Indian market and other senior R&D stakeholders on the Consumer-Centric Margin Management (CCMM) project for the Indian Noodle market to enhance the value of Maggi instant noodles delivered to its consumers. I also lead the Global Noodle Benchmarking exercise to reduce operation variances across all factories. The highlight of my tenure was the end-to-end commissioning of a new noodle line for Nestlé Ukraine in Kharkiv city, which I accomplished as part of a 3-member delegation from India.
