With over 30 years of enriching experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have worked in L&D, team building, skill development, and leadership. I have a proven track record of breaking down complex issues, creating efficiencies, and achieving excellence in execution. As a team player, I have consistently infused passion and drive into the teams I have worked in. Over the past three decades, I have persevered towards ‘simplifying learning.’ I am keenly interested in understanding learners'; minds and designing optimal training interventions accordingly. The execution of this learning journey has been made seamless by using effective technology, some of which I pioneered; strategizing and building ‘ROKET,’ India’s first mobile learning app in the pharma space, remains one of my most notable achievements. While I am grateful that organizational awards and merit have recognized my efforts, my greatest reward will be the teams I worked with, the challenges I helped solve, and the impact I created.
