No one is good at everything but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try to be! The key is to never stop exploring and learning new ideas. Always learning, always growing! Starting out as a Design Engineer for IIT Bombay Racing, designing a fully Electric Formula race car from scratch, feeding my never-ending enthusiasm for cars, I’ve come a long way. Working on a complex problem has always been a driving factor for me any of the projects I’ve taken. I’m currently working in ITC Paperboards and Speciality Paper Division, working on multiple Industry 4.0 projects across the plant, involving Preventive Maintenance, Production Optimization and Image Recognition Systems using Machine Learning and Data Science. Working here has greatly helped me not just to further my understanding of Data Science, but also to know how we can bring these ideas to the Manufacturing Sector. Over the last few years, it has become increasingly clear that next big transformations would be led by machine learning, because hiding within those mounds of data is the knowledge that could not just make our machines run better or change the life of a patient, it can change the whole world.
