I am a generalist with 10+ years of work experience ranging from corporate stints with Morgan Stanley and CaaStle to Entrepreneurship, wherein I built an online preloved fashion portal, called KlosetEdit and currently, I work as Chief of Staff at a high growth startup, Chargebee. Some highlights of my journey as a professional and a person so far: 1. Building things from Scratch: I set up and own a division at my current workplace, and built a startup before heading to B-School. Setting up processes and building workflows, have been the central theme. 2. Driving key initiatives: I thrive in cross collaborative efforts where I can break a project into smaller milestones that create measurable, trackable wins for stakeholders. 3. Empowering women at Work: I spend 10+ hours every month, in a voluntary capacity, to mentor young working professionals through workshops, webinars and one-on-one interactions. Always looking to learn something new, I am an inquisitive person who loves to solve problems in a creative way and add value at each juncture.
