About me

I am an organisational psychologist and a work coach and an ex-banking & finance lawyer. I have dual qualifications in law (B.A. LLB Hons., NLSIU, Bengaluru) and organisational behaviour (Gold medalist in MA Applied Psychology with Organisational Behaviour specialisation, Delhi University). I provide consulting services to law firms and organisations on organisational behaviour issues and provide coaching and mentorship services to individual lawyers on career related aspects. I also teach corporate debt financing to anyone who is interested to learn. In addition to having a combined experience of more than a decade, I am also in a unique position to have both the experience of having worked as a lawyer and the knowledge of psychological principles and theories that affect behaviour of people in organisations. I use this to improve well being and solve work issues.
