Working closely with the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice on M&A and PE/fundraise transactions. My role spans the entire deal lifecycle - from origination support to execution across healthcare verticals including pharmaceuticals, hospitals, diagnostics, med-tech, and healthcare services. I am actively involved in building investor and client pitch decks, developing and operating financial models, preparing information memorandums, coordinating due diligence, managing data rooms, and supporting negotiations and closures for strategic and financial investor transactions. I work alongside promoters, CXOs, private equity funds, and strategic acquirers to drive transaction outcomes. I hold a B.Com (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College (LSR), University of Delhi, and have a strong interest in healthcare investing, sector consolidation, and growth capital dynamics in India.
