Hi, I’m Kanhaiya, a startup finance advisor, principal advisor/partner at a startup consulting firm based out of Bengaluru, and a co-founder for a SaaS tool under MVP stage. Over the last five years, my work has sat at the intersection of finance, risk, growth, and people. I started my career with Deloitte, worked with a boutique consulting firm, and eventually went on to co-found Truthink Consulting, where my partner and I work closely with startups across stages. Along the way, I’ve advised founders on valuations, pitch decks, financial structuring, compliance, accounting setups, and decision-making during critical inflection points. What excites me most about startups is the blend of uncertainty and ambition. I enjoy breaking down complex financial problems into clear, practical decisions — whether that’s helping a founder understand their valuation, stress-test projections, prepare for diligence, or simply think through an idea before taking the plunge. Many founders reach out to me not just for numbers, but for structured brainstorming and clarity when things feel messy. Parallel to consulting, I’m also building a SaaS product for the fintech ecosystem, which keeps me deeply connected to the realities of execution, trade-offs, and speed. Being a builder myself has shaped how I advise — grounded, realistic, and focused on what actually works, not just what looks good on paper.
