Kanchan is a first-generation professional in STEM and management. She grew up in a patriarchal set-up with many norms, beliefs, and rules for daughters; money matters were out of question. Her admission to Mechanical Engineering started the spree of breaking all familial and societal norms that existed for her. In her professional life, she worked in corporate and consulting roles where she managed to lead large programs with Fortune 500 and leading companies around Operations, Growth, Strategy, Innovation and Process Design. She worked in India, US, South-east Asia and Switzerland. After 13 years, her corporate life was not fitting to her values at work, so she decided to step-out and focus on topics that matter. She is working on authoring a book - soon will share. She aspires to coach individuals who are looking to set-free from their fears, bring clarity on their personalized why, and lead self with excellence.
