I would absolutely recommend Kanak to anyone who is looking for real, meaningful support. If you're going through a tough time and need someone who truly understands and knows how to help, she is the person to reach out to.

I reached out to Kanak during one of the most overwhelming periods of my life, honestly not expecting much. But something about her approach just clicked. She never made me feel judged or rushed — she just listened, really listened, and helped me see things I couldn't see on my own. A few months in, and I feel like a completely different person. Calmer, more grounded, more myself. I don't think I'll ever be able to fully put into words how much this has helped, but I'll definitely keep showing up for these sessions.

Working with Kanak was a really helpful and comforting experience. As a psychology trainee and mentor, she creates a safe and non-judgmental space where it feels easy to talk openly. Her guidance is thoughtful, empathetic, and practical, especially for students navigating psychology as a field
Hi, I’m Kanak. i have completed my postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology. My interest in psychology has always come from a genuine curiosity about people their stories, emotions, struggles, and the ways they make sense of their experiences. Through my academic training, case discussions, and field exposure, I’ve learned how powerful it can be when someone simply feels heard and understood.
Alongside this i am school counsellor and I also mentor and guide students from different parts of the world who are pursuing psychology and counselling pathways. I support international students who are preparing for licensing and qualification processes such as NCHE and similar routes, helping them understand the academic and professional expectations in the field. These experiences have allowed me to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
Sometimes people just need someone to listen with patience and empathy, and I hope to offer that space. These sessions are meant to be supportive conversations rather than clinical therapy or psychiatric treatment. Everything shared in the session will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
If you feel like you need someone to listen, reflect with you, or simply hold space for what you’re going through, you’re welcome to book a session.
