Kamesh did an amazing job by giving me the complete overview of the Product Management field and how to kick start my journey. His wide set of experiences are very valuable as I find the problems I need to discuss are typically ones he has dealt with in the past as well. Finally, he is kind and non-judgemental. He's easy to talk to and I feel I can raise any issue and talk about mistakes freely.

Product Management is a way of life
Irrational Product Manager - A singleton user is always rational, while a cohort is always irrational. Love to solve Irrational Complex Problems.
Quantitative or Qualitative? - I marry them both. While Quantitative helps me find insights, Qualitative helps me understand user psychology to unearth new problems.
Process or Outcomes? - Whenever processes is like the barricades on roads, I don't mind gatecrashing for outcomes.
Work Culture I love - More than the coffee machine & Ping Pong table, love to work with peers who can help give constructive feedback and have empathy for each other. Peers over customers anytime for me.
