I am a versatile professional working at the intersection of education, careers, and systems-building, with experience across classrooms, policy spaces, and startup environments. My journey began in education with an M.A. in English, B.Ed., and UGC-NET qualification, followed by teaching experience across school levels (TGT/PGT). Alongside this, I explored policy and research spaces and navigated the UPSC preparation journey — experiences that gave me a deep understanding of academic pathways, competitive exam ecosystems, and the realities of career uncertainty that many students and young professionals face today. Currently, I serve as Chief of Staff at Roobaroo.ai, where I lead hiring and onboarding, team culture initiatives, content and social media strategy, and the design of key organisational assets. My work involves coordinating cross-functional projects, building efficient internal systems, and ensuring that people, processes, and communication stay aligned with our mission of building a thoughtful and purpose-driven workplace. Having moved across education, UPSC preparation, policy exposure, and corporate roles, I bring a grounded and practical perspective on career decisions and transitions. I understand both traditional and unconventional paths — and the questions, doubts, and pressures that come with them.
