Hi, I'm Kalyani, a full-time PGDM student at MDI Gurgaon and a part-time content creator on LinkedIn. I create content by documenting by journey as an early professional including but not limited to: internships, jobs, placements, up-skilling, college life, consulting, and now MBA. I was selected as one of the top 200 creators for LinkedIn India Creator Accelerator Program in 2022. I've worked as a Business Analyst at Gartner in the Strategy & Ops team for the North America region. During my stint, I worked in the client outreach optimization team. Streamlined operations, built new operations, collaborated with cross-functional teams, worked alongside the NA managers & leaders to problem-solve for client retention & coverage. Also worked in initiating a new client outreach model and onboarding associates & managers on it. At Avasant, I worked as a Research Analyst within the AI & Automation team. Authored 2 reports on Process Mining and Intelligent Automation. Conducted end-to-end research, curation and publication of the reports which included: Building research surveys, evaluating global technological providers, performing competitive benchmarking, conducting stakeholder briefings, create analyst insights and company profiles. While at Kirori Mal, I've interned in domains like: business development, brand management, investment banking & research at organizations like like Niti Aayog, FinLadder, Opulence etc. I've also served PORs as Treasurer, Marketing Head and Finance Director, in student-led clubs like, The Economics Society, The Round Table Society & Project Raahat respectively. I have over 5 podium finishes at national level case competitions as well. Lastly, I enjoy running (on ground and from life), writing poetry and like being in front of the camera.
