Kalpit's current role is to empower Flam's AR Tech via AI. He is currently leading the AI R&D team @Flam. Previous to this he was a leader in visioning the future of decentralized identity powered by human biometrics. He is the founder and CEO of Pulchritudinous R&D which focuses on AI and Blockchain. Before this he was the Engineering lead for Dover Fueling Solutions' engineering group focusing on next-generation smart fueling dispensers and media distribution/streaming. Kalpit has filed 6 Patents and two new ones are in progress. Before this, he was a cloud engineer @ Microsoft - a member of Microsoft's Cloud Engineering Team. Kalpit is a blockchain and DID enthusiast and has worked on decentralized frameworks like Ethereum - solidity. His hobby is to teach and give back. He is the Blockchain mentor for a course from IIT Madras and AI Faculty at McCombs Texas University hosted by Great learning. Kalpit has always challenged himself to be a great leader in all the positions he has worked for. Leading teams, giving directions, mentoring, decision making and motivating are his core skills. Kalpit’s current interests are Metaverse, Decentralised systems and AI revolving around humans. Kalpit has a Masters in Computer Systems from BITS Pilani.
