Kalpana Vashist holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Smt. Parvatibai Chowgule College and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Rosary College, Goa. During her internship at South Goa District Hospital, she gained valuable experience conducting counseling sessions, observing cases, and compiling case histories. Currently, Kalpana works as a freelance therapist, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Beyond her clinical work, Kalpana is a published poet, having compiled her Hindi poems into a book. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, writing poetry, and creating engaging content for her psychology-focused Instagram page.
