I help FTSE100 & NASDAQ companies to define and launch new products, services, experiences and businesses - and build in-house innovation capability to drive top line revenue growth.This includes working across global companies, start-ups, and scale-ups to define their customer strategies, build their business and run their operations, including helping them set up innovation factories and get faster speed to market. I have coached C Suite & Senior Leadership Teams when transitioning into their new roles, developing what their first 180 days looks like and developing business plans and presentations to empower them at Board Level. I've taken Senior Leadership teams through 'Innovation Labs' and 'Product Labs' to incubate new ideas and products to make a step change with their business growth.
