In addition, I have used social media platforms such as Whatsapp, Telegram, and Facebook for candidate sourcing. My Recruitment experience includes end-to-end recruitment, such as sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordinating, offer preparation, documentation, offer releasing, and on boarding. I have also handled stakeholders for six months and prepared market intelligence reports. I have worked with various ATS systems such as Beeline, CATS (Oracle), Myhire (Capgemini), and Scikey Internal ATS. I have a good understanding of global recruitment, Malaysia taxation, and expenses, as well as the EP process for Malaysia.
