I design bags for a living. Not on screen — physical products you can hold, use, and break in. Over 8 years, I've worked across every stage of the product lifecycle: market research, concept development, material and hardware sourcing, vendor management, tech packs, sampling, production setup, and QA. The category is bags, luggage, leather goods, travel accessories, and everyday carry — from fast-fashion handbags to premium leather collections sold internationally. Most recently, I led product design and development across three brands at ALMO Exports — SUKI Lifestyle (premium leather), Zavari (Gen Z fast fashion), and Packster (school & laptop bags) — designing handbags and backpacks across all three, from silhouette through production. Before that, I co-founded Panamera Design, a product development studio that served 15,000+ customers worldwide and maintained 100% customer satisfaction across every product we launched. I've also spent 4+ years as Head of Design at RoadGods, one of India's most recognised motorcycle gear and bag brands — designing products end-to-end and managing the full pipeline from sketch to quality check.
