I love solving complex problems. My satisfaction comes from being able to mould chaos into order and it's fair to say wherever I've worked in my professional career I've organised things to make workflows easier. I like inspiring people to understand a problem better then resonate with the team resulting in a much faster solution. For me a great team means everything. I've worked in environments with limited and unlimited resources to solve these problems.
