Hi! I’m Jyotshna Pothina, a Master’s graduate in Information Technology from Northern Arizona University, where I earned a 4.0 GPA. I have experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, supporting students in technical courses like cryptography and data systems, and as a Case Processing Assistant at NAU’s Center for International Education, where I managed student data, Sunapsis workflows, and reporting. I also served as Co-Chair of the Indian Association of Northern Arizona, where I led large-scale cultural events and developed strong organizational and leadership skills. My technical toolkit includes SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and data analysis, and I’m certified in Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) and Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
