Mr. Banerjee is currently an Assistant Professor - I at Amity Law School, Amity University, Bengaluru. He previously served as a Faculty of Law at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, a distinguished public business school in Rohtak, Haryana, part of the National Capital Region of India. Mr. Banerjee is a dynamic legal professional with extensive practical experience in Litigation at the High Court of Lucknow, along with DRT, DRAT, CGIT, EPFO, NCLT. He holds a Masters in Law and was a Legal Associate at Chitransh Law Associates, Lucknow. Under My Leadership Student's Have Bagged- 🏆Runner Up - 3rd D.Y. As a passionate educator, he aims to build his students' careers and provides courses in Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing, Cyber Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and IBC, which offer a holistic knowledge that students can directly apply in the field. Jyotirmoy believes in the importance of continuing education and has recently enrolled in a Ph.D. in Law from Faculty of Law, Raffles University, Neemrana, Rajasthan.
