I have a Master of Fine Arts degree from Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan, and multiple certifications in user experience design, data analysis, and generative AI. Most recently, I was a UI/UX Lead at Tata Tele Business Services, a leading provider of digital solutions for enterprises. As part of the Customer Experience Group, I analyzed user journeys, crafted intuitive design frameworks, and delivered high-quality designs for various platforms and devices.
