• Nobody will regret consulting Jyotsna for recruitment. As a job seeker, I was relying on applying through job portals but that was very slow and unreliable. Talking to Jyotsna made me realise how many people in the industry are going through the same. I debriefed her on my career so far and she immediately suggested a couple of startups that required a full stack engineer. I went through the interviews and decided to go forward with one of them but I was a bit apprehensive, given the early stage of the company and compensation concerns. However, I'm grateful to Jyotsna for always catching up with me, listening to my vents and alleviating me of my doubts about the new venture. I won't call her just a recruiter but also a matchmaker when it comes to connecting people professionally.
