With over 14 years in tech, I’ve led high-performing engineering teams, driven cross-functional initiatives, and scaled systems and people alike. My sweet spot is where business outcomes meet technical execution, and where people are empowered to do their best work. I’m originally from the SF Bay Area and have spent my career focused on software engineering, product development, and mentoring the next generation of engineering leaders.
