I have over eight years of diverse experience in the corporate, government, and higher education sectors. In my previous role as a Lead Venture Coach at GITAM (Deemed to be University), I worked towards creating a vibrant university-wide entrepreneurship ecosystem. During my stint with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, I focused on addressing gaps in the employment market through outreach, research, and collaboration with academic institutions and government agencies. During my tenure at Cognizant, I worked on strategic consulting projects across Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, and managed the Organizational Change Management communications for a major org-wide transformational project. Prior to that, I worked in Human Resources at Mobius Knowledge Services, with a focus on recruitment. I am a recipient of the 2019 International Labour Organization Fellowship in Turin, Italy, and the 2012 Ford Motor Company Global Scholars Scholarship in Washington D.C. I have translated a book from Hindi to English, which documents the lives of prisoners in the Central Jail at Bhopal, as a special project for the Prison Ministry, India. I earned my Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal.
