About me

Developer, consultant and trainer by vocation in IT, ITIL and ITSM, for a few years directing a training center with IBM and the FIM of UPM, I accepted a challenge in the consultant who managed these relationships as a development consultant, creating a ERP that later went on to manage the production plants at the national level after mergers, where I spent 11 great years, I grew up in the Group as a result of the merger until I was accountable for systems architecture. The training and collaboration with my colleagues has always filled me professionally. I love being able to contribute my knowledge, intuition, vision and effort in the solution of business challenges and IT solutions, which I assume as mine, adding opportunities to collaborate and help, allowing both parties to continue growing. Continually trained in management skills, tech and direction, I direct my current activity and effort to my training and development passions, mainly in the areas of service management, projects and business solutions.
