I'm Juhi, an AI Product Manager who builds products from 0 to 1. As a Senior Product Manager at Atlassian, I lead AI and agent-powered features for Jira Service Management — a $1B-ARR product used by millions — turning cutting-edge LLM and multi-agent research into roadmaps that actually ship. Before product, I built as a software engineer at Citi and learned go-to-market and analytics at Uber.
I hold an MBA from IIM Bangalore (Director's Merit List, top 5% of batch) and a B.Tech from VJTI (Department Merit Rank 3). My research on solving the Rubik's Cube with graph theory was published as a chapter in a Springer volume, and I'm an inventor on 3 filed patents from my work building enterprise AI features.
Beyond shipping product, I mentor students and early-career professionals breaking into product management — resume building, interview prep, and the engineer-to-PM leap — and I advise startups on building their first AI features: what to build, which AI tools to use, and how to make it stick.
