The most important part of any business is its people and I am driven to strengthen the employer employee relationship through resolving workplace issues by coaching, mentoring and supporting people by eliminating workplace negativity and hone in on the strengths of each individual contributor. Having embarked very early on my career journey as a People Partner across multiple industries and companies, including startups and both small and large businesses. I bring a mix of progressive best practices, urging companies to experiment with breaking away from doing things as they have always been done, along with a sense of real pragmatism about what to do and how to do it, bases on where the company is currently at. Was this vast experience in such a short time merely by chance? Not really. The goal for my early years was to add value by working with in various industries all while reporting to Head of HR/CHRO. What did i gain in return? I know how to be scrappy and build from scratch. I've embraced the challenge of making HR more than just a department. Its about empowering people to be their best selves and creating a workplace that's as vibrant as it is productive. I am passionate about creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships, connecting people with their next adventure, unleashing their full potential and building a great team When I'm not helping companies build and scale their culture, I'm probably reading, watching suspense thrillers and travelling.
