About me
I’m a youth leadership advocate, a founder and public speaker dedicated to helping emerging leaders amplify their impact through visibility.
I didn’t set out to “build a brand.”
I simply started showing up online, sharing what I was learning, what I cared about, and the impact I wanted to create.
And something unexpected happened.
Within less than 12 months, that consistency and honesty grew a 15,000+ person LinkedIn community, led to speaking invitations, and opened the door to clients, partnerships with people and organizations aligned with meaningful impact.
That journey taught me that:
You don’t need to transform yourself to make an impact.
You just need to amplify your story in the right way.
I applied that same belief to building LEagler, a nonprofit that evolved from a simple idea into a platform for real youth empowerment and leadership development.
Today, I help emerging young founders and leaders build visible, magnetic personal brands rooted in clarity, courage, and authenticity so opportunities come to them, not the other way around.
