I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Grant Macewan University, and a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Alberta. I have also completed multiple certifications in business analytics, AWS, and Snowflake. In my previous roles, I helped customers solve business problems with data insights, such as increasing revenue, reducing costs, mitigating risk, improving experience and loyalty, optimizing operations, and automation.
