I’m an experienced Human Resources professional with 8+ years of extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment, on-boarding, training and development and payroll to employee engagement, policy design, and HR systems. I’ve worked with multinational and local organizations in the UAE, helping to build HR departments from the ground up, streamline processes, and create positive, high-performing workplaces. Alongside HR, I’ve been a pianist for 22+ years and co-founded John Paul Media LLC, where I provide piano and keyboard training tailored to beginners, hobbyists and aspiring performers.
