Clarity Call: Understand How Counselling Works with Jothika Gurumoorthi

Are you considering counselling but not sure what to expect?

This 15-minute Clarity Call is designed to help you understand how the counselling process works and how I can support you in your journey.

During this session, you can:

• Share what brings you to therapy
• Ask any questions or doubts about the counselling process
• Understand my approach and how sessions are structured
• Decide whether this is the right fit for your needs

This is not a counselling session, but a safe space to help you make an informed decision before you begin. If you choose to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full counselling session together.
