As an engineer I put ‘humanity at the heart’ ❤️ of the products I make. My mission is to build products which are innovative💡, sustainable ♾️ and have a social impact 👥. My knowledge in mechanical ⚙️ engineering and my experience in manufacturing 🛠 automation 🦾 & management is moving me towards my goal 🥅 I was not the 'perfect student' in school. I've done a lot of mistakes, had multiple failures & costly lessons in the past. But I'm smart enough to not repeat them & want to mentor others so they don't do it. I also did not have the 'dream career' journey. I've had gap years, switched professions, started all over again, but I'm happy to do stuff which satisfies my soul. Some of the jobs I cherish always are teaching (my first job), building products for disabled children (Enabling Engineering) and manufacturing vehicles which don't destroy Earth (Tesla). I believe that constant & consistent learning is the key to a successful career. This is the reason for my diverse interests & experience in design, product development, manufacturing, automation, research & teaching. Apart from 50+ online certifications, my major industry certifications include CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) & CSWA (Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate). I love & practice 'lean' not just professionally, but also personally on a daily basis in life. I value stream map (VSM) my activities/priorities and 5S (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize & Sustain) everything around me - from my kitchen, office desk to email inbox. Finally, I focus on Kaizen (continuous improvement) in all. To sum up, I'm a minimalist who is obsessed with staying organized. I trust experience (living data) just like machine data and gut. I believe that teamwork (people with a shared mission, values, attitude and not necessarily the skills or knowledge) is intrinsic to success. Thus, I prefer working in diverse & inclusive teams which are collaborative, provide constructive feedback & create true leaders in the journey. I consider leadership as an art and myself as a growing artist.   On the flip side, I love to sing 🎤 with my acoustic guitar 🎸, travel ✈️, watch historical, political and thriller movies/shows 🎥, meet nice people (like you) & gain new perspectives 🧠.
