I originally pursued my degree and future career goals around one thing: my love for creating experiences by making something new and better. Experiences are simply a collection of moments that everyone has in their lives, and these should not only be treasured, but perfected for the next person. I strive to provide value-added tools and best practices that empower and strengthen core products within an organization. My background has been extremely diverse, allowing insights into various divisions, while my educational career has enhanced my process improvement skill set. I live for organized chaos in the workplace, and have found that the greatest professional satisfaction is the result of reining everything in, effectively creating beautiful new processes, standards, and expectations.
