With close to a decade of product management experience, I am a product leader who is passionate about solving problems that directly impact human lives and bring business value. I have built and launched products in various domains, such as crypto, payments, loyalty, edtech, subscriptions, e-commerce, foodtech, and super apps, working with giants like Grab, Zomato, and Truecaller, as well as seed-funded startups like Fidoo and Flint. Currently, I am leading and incubating the blockchain team at Rakuten, one of the world's largest e-commerce and internet companies, to build enterprise blockchain data products. I am also a PM mentor at topmate.io, where I have helped many aspiring product managers with their career transition and interview preparation. I am an evangelist of emotional intelligence, user-centricity, clean and lean user experience and design, and servant leadership.
