Most recently, I served as Director – Core Infrastructure Services at NatWest Group, where building high-performance teams and developing leaders was central to my responsibilities. I am an ICF-certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Certified Independent Director accredited by IICA (Government of India).
